3-Day Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Teklo.in. If there is an issue with your product, you may be eligible for a return within 3 days of receiving the item.

Eligibility Criteria

• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in original packaging.
• You must have proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized ID Card products
• Used or damaged items (unless received in that condition)
• Items not in original packaging or missing accessories

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at care@teklo.in within 3 days of delivery.
2. Include your order ID, reason for return, and photo/video of the product (if applicable).
3. Our support team will review your request and share the return approval and instructions.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

• A refund will be issued to your Teklo Wallet or original payment method.
• Refunds usually take 5–7 working days after approval.
• Refunds may be denied if the product is found used, damaged, or not eligible.

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Return request raised after 3 days
• Product damaged due to customer misuse
• Customized/personalized products

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.

Cancellation Rules

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Approved cancellations will be refunded as per the refund rules.
